Mr. Huffman is a trial attorney, former CEO and director of public companies, and currently CCO/CLO of Cerebrus AI, former founder of Treasure & Shipwreck Recovery, Inc. and currently CLO and Expert with a Defense Company he took public. He has background from law enforcement, military, legal, public companies, and corporate development. He has experience as a trial attorney as well as a corporate CEO, director and consultant in many realms of business areas. He currently manages a law firm and acts as counsel to numerous public companies, investors and professional firms. He does work on corporate structuring, public startups, mergers, acquisitions, debt structuring, and other matters for corporations and individuals. Mr. Huffman has been the CEO of SEC Reporting 1934 Act companies, from inception three times, as well as serving on the boards of a number of public companies. Mr. Huffman has acted as a technology and business due diligence expert for overseas and domestic funders in dozens of areas of business. He has worked in the alternative energy, medical, sports, traditional energy, entertainment, treasure recovery, defense technologies and other areas developing business plans, corporate structure, mergers, compliance, public reporting, SEC compliance, and financing structures. Mr. Huffman completed over 30 reverse mergers for numerous public companies. Mr. Huffman practices corporate litigation as a trial attorney, as well as handling advanced SEC matters, racketeering, shareholder actions, libel and torts in courts from Florida to Pennsylvania, New York, Michigan, Utah, Texas, California, Nevada and other locals. Mr. Huffman has experience with over 200 trials, has written over 40 appeals, arguing before the Nevada Supreme Court as well as numerous Federal and State Appellate Courts. Mr. Huffman is also a contributing writer, publishing articles on numerous areas of interest. Prior to being involved with public company work, Mr. Huffman was a full-time criminal defense attorney doing high end narcotics cases and personal injury. His B.A. is from the University of Tampa, with his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, and lifelong military historian, having Studied for his Masters in military history at American Military University. Mr. Huffman served in the United States Army Reserve as a Commissioned Officer where he achieved the rank of Major, serving for 20 years. Commissioned as a Field Artillery Officer, and later the U.S. Army JAG Corps. Mr. Huffman is recipient of the rarely awarded Order of St. Barbara from the U.S. Field Artillery Association and is a member of the Masonic Order since age 25. After college Mr. Huffman served as a Deputy Sheriff with the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office for five years from 1990 to 1995 as a law enforcement deputy, with numerous advanced training. He was born in Petoskey, Michigan in 1966. Mr. Huffman is a Florida Bar member, as well as being admitted before the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, as well as pro hac vice (temporary) admissions around the country. He has successfully completed a number of Florida Shipwreck permitting and Admiralty Claims. His goal when he grows up is to become a full time historical-thriller fiction writer.

Military: Four Year ROTC Scholarship Recipient, Commissioned 1989 U.S. Army Reserve, as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Field Artillery. Served as a fire direction officer, executive officer and temporary battery commander. Graduate U.S. Army Field Artillery Officers Basic Course and attended Artillery Officers Advanced Course. Nuclear targeting officer qualified. Graduate of the U.S. Army Judge Advocate Officer Basic Course, and Judge Advocate Officer Advanced Course. Awarded the coveted Honorable Order of St. Barbara for performance as an Artillery Officer 1994. Numerous commendations and awards. Served from 1989 through 2009, he left the USAR with an honorable discharge at the rank of Major.
Law Enforcement: Graduated Tampa Police Academy in 1990 where he won the street tactics award, and Hillsborough County Sheriff Office (HCSO) Deputy Module 1990. Served as a HCSO Enforcement Deputy from 1990-1995. Completed sex crimes investigation, hostage negotiation courses, child abuse investigation, advanced interview and interrogation techniques, along with other advanced courses.
